1. Overview
At Xytharelvimxul, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of EverydayVite. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and request a refund. This policy complies with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler 2005:59), the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplag 2022:260), and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
2. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason. This is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Swedish consumer protection law.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receives the product.
3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent via:

Your statement must include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The date you received the product
- Your reason for return (optional, but helpful for improving our service)
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.
4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product must be in its original outer packaging with all labels intact.
- The return must be initiated within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used dietary supplement products. This exception is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which allows exclusion of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
5. Extended Return Period
In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer an extended return period of 30 days from the date of delivery for unopened products in their original sealed packaging. This is a voluntary commercial gesture and applies to the same conditions described in Section 4.
6. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless the product was delivered in error or is defective.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely.
- Products must be returned to: Xytharelvimxul, Södergatan 15, 211 34 Malmö, Sweden.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return shipping, whichever is earlier.
- The full purchase price of the product will be refunded, including the standard delivery cost (if applicable).
- If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard option, we will only refund the standard delivery cost.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. In such cases:
- We will cover the return shipping cost.
- You may choose between a replacement product or a full refund.
- Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to claim against defective products for up to three years from the date of delivery.
9. Damaged Products During Shipping
If your product arrives damaged, please:
- Document the damage (e.g., with photographs).
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Products returned after the applicable return period has expired
- Products that are not in their original condition or packaging
11. Cancellation Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
